Hello beloved CJM community,

As you are aware, I was asked to step into an acting Education Director role at the beginning of this school year. It is with bittersweet feelings that I announce I have accepted this as a permanent assignment. My time at CJM holds a very special place in my heart. As a community, you are strong, vibrant, and so wonderful to work with! I learned from each interaction, class visit, and School Council meeting and want you to know it was an honour to serve as CJM’s Principal for the 2023-23 school year. My plan was to stay for 5 years and I had every intention of staying for that time, learning from and alongside you…but our system asked something more of me and I felt I had to respond.

Please know I will keep you all in my heart as I navigate this role in Area 1. Be brave, be kind, and please be all that CJM represents. We need more awesome in our world!
