Weather

It is starting to become more warm than cold. Some days can be windy and rainy. It is important that students come prepared with the appropriate gear to keep them warm and dry. 

"CJM Colours" Play Day

This year our school Play Day will be held on Friday, June 14  starting at 10:00 am (afternoon kindergarten will be June 13, 2024 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm). Play Day is a time in which students participate in a variety of activities supervised by their teachers and directed by grade 5 and 6 student helpers.  This year we have a "CJM Colours” theme.  Your child may wear Black, Green and Gold colour clothing, shirts, hats, shoes, etc. to school on this day.  As most of our activities will be held outside, we would encourage all students to dress appropriately for the weather.  Therefore, please ensure that your child comes to school prepared with any items that they might need on that day such as a hat, sunscreen, warm clothes, bug repellant, water bottle, etc.  If the weather is poor and our Play Day cannot be held on this day then it will take place in the afternoon of Monday June 24.

June 26, 2024: Grade 5 TLC and Grade 6 Farewell at 2:00 pm

June 27, 2024: Half Day and the last day of school
